On transactions with D$ redemption, Net Eligible Spend pertains to the net amount after redemption. “ Net Eligible Spend” is the Eligible Spend at eligible hotels or outlets, after promotions, before taxes, tips and fees. Eligible Spend excludes taxes, tips, feeds, and redeemed points.
